In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website.

7. Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to schedule work and reserve production time. Your deposit confirms your spot on our calendar and authorizes us to begin design, order materials, and prepare your job. Work does not begin until a deposit is received.
Cancellation and Refunds
We understand plans change. Because custom wrap, print, and upfitting work is built specifically for your vehicle or project, the amount refundable depends on how far along your job is when you cancel.
Before production begins. If you cancel before we have started design, ordered materials, or scheduled installation, we retain 25% of your deposit. The balance is refunded to your original payment method. For example, on a $4,000 job with a $2,000 deposit, we retain $500 and refund $1,500. The retained 25% covers the labor to build your quote and invoice, hold your production slot, and the non-refundable credit card processing fees charged to us on both your payment and the refund.
After design or proof work has started. Once we have begun design, produced a proof, or ordered materials for your job, your deposit is non-refundable. These costs are committed to your project specifically and cannot be recovered.
After printing or installation has begun. Once your graphics are printed or installation has started, the deposit is non-refundable and any remaining balance for materials and labor already incurred is due. Custom-printed and installed work cannot be resold or reused.
Upfitting Orders
Upfitting parts, equipment, and materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered. These items are sourced specifically for your vehicle and cannot be returned to our suppliers or resold. Once an upfit order is placed, your deposit is non-refundable and you are responsible for the full cost of any parts and materials ordered for your job, regardless of installation status.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Custom-printed, made-to-order, and personalized products, including custom signs, vehicle graphics, decals, and print orders, are final sale and non-returnable once production has begun. If your order arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or refund it.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or text to your project contact. The cancellation is effective on the date we receive your written notice, and your refund tier is determined by that date.
Rescheduling
Need to move your date instead of canceling? Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to reschedule at no charge. Deposits transfer to the rescheduled job.
Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable in all cases, as these are charged to us by our payment processor and are not returned when a refund is issued.
