What We’re Looking For

We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled, detail-driven Vehicle Wrap Installer who takes pride in flawless finishes and enjoys working on a wide range of vehicles and projects. Got paint protection film (PPF) experience? Even better. We’re expanding our PPF work and want to talk. Bring it up when you apply and let’s discuss what that looks like for you.

Key Responsibilities

Install full and partial wraps on vehicles of all shapes and sizes
Perform vinyl prep, panel alignment, trimming, and post-heating to perfection
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop and on job sites
Collaborate with our design and print teams to ensure smooth production flow
Travel occasionally for on-site fleet or commercial wrap installs

What You’ll Need

2+ years of experience installing vinyl wraps (3M, Avery, Oracal preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working with heat guns, knives, squeegees, and plotters
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Willingness to relocate to the Knoxville area (we’ll help with that)
Must have be certified by 3M, Oracal, KPMF, Avery Dennison, or similar
This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for skilled installers who can manage their own workload.

A Plus (Open to Discuss):

Paint protection film (PPF) experience. We’re growing this side of the business and would love to talk if it’s in your wheelhouse.
