Key Responsibilities
Install full and partial wraps on vehicles of all shapes and sizes
Perform vinyl prep, panel alignment, trimming, and post-heating to perfection
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop and on job sites
Collaborate with our design and print teams to ensure smooth production flow
Travel occasionally for on-site fleet or commercial wrap installs
What You’ll Need
2+ years of experience installing vinyl wraps (3M, Avery, Oracal preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Comfortable working with heat guns, knives, squeegees, and plotters
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Willingness to relocate to the Knoxville area (we’ll help with that!)

AZRag Installations and Print Services, a 3M Certified Shop specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations, is seeking a Print Production Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead production in a growing fast-paced, innovative environment while working with cutting-edge tools and technology.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 – $80,000, based on experience. While this range is competitive for entry to mid-level managers, top performers in the industry can earn higher, making this a great opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of print production, including vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations.
- Coordinate with sales staff, designers, and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain and manage production schedules, inventory, and equipment.
- Lead and train a team of production staff to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including signing a non-compete agreement and employment contract.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in print production management, preferably in a vehicle wrap or signage environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with 3M Certified Shop standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime as production demands increase.
