If you own a Truck then Vinyl Stripes could be a great way to customize it with a little retro flair! Stripe packages have always been an American classic. Originating in motorsports, it is a common way to customize a vehicle with a little sporty style.
This specific style of vinyl stripes or “side stripes” is a throwback to a classic truck stripe design with a touch of modern sophistication. The customer chose to go with a satin vinyl from Avery Dennison because it would contrast well with the hi-gloss paint. The satin finish helps it blend in, as it’s the same color, while still having some subtle customization.
In addition to the stripes, a few chrome items were blacked out. The larger grille trim pieces were blacked out using a combination of the same satin color in the vinyl stripes and a gloss black. The gloss black was applied to the mirrors and door handles to give one cohesive color.
