Key Responsibilities
- Install full and partial wraps on vehicles of all shapes and sizes
- Perform vinyl prep, panel alignment, trimming, and post-heating to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop and on job sites
- Collaborate with our design and print teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Travel occasionally for on-site fleet or commercial wrap installs
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience installing vinyl wraps (3M, Avery, Oracal preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with heat guns, knives, squeegees, and plotters
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Willingness to relocate to the Knoxville area (we’ll help with that!)
- Certification from 3M, Oracal, Avery Dennison, Etc

Print Production Coordinator
Location: Knoxville, TN
Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 (Base on Experience)

AZRag Installations and Print Services, a 3M Certified Shop specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations, is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to support our production operations. This role is focused on scheduling, organization, and communication rather than managing a large team. It’s a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with cutting-edge tools and technology.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in coordinating day-to-day print production activities for vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations.
– Create, update, and track production schedules to ensure jobs move through design, printing, and installation on time.
– Communicate with sales staff, designers, and installers to confirm job details, timelines, and any changes.
– Help maintain production records, job tickets, and project documentation.
– Monitor inventory levels of materials (vinyl, laminates, substrates, inks) and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
– Support basic equipment checks (e.g., reporting issues, logging maintenance) and coordinate service as directed.
– Assist with quality control checks on printed materials (verifying specs, quantities, color consistency, etc.).
– Ensure compliance with company policies, including signing a non-compete agreement and employment contract.
Required Skills and Experience
– Experience in a print shop, sign shop, vehicle wrap environment, or similar production/administrative role preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
– Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
– Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Comfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
– Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; standard schedule is typically 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, but hours may vary based on project deadlines and production needs.
Technical Skills
Experience with some or all of the following is a plus (we can train the right candidate):
Design and Prepress Software:
– Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
– Flexi and Production Manager
Project Management / Workflow Tools:
– Monday.com or similar project tracking tools
Signage and Vehicle Wrap Tools:

General Office Tools:
– Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Printing & Cutting Equipment (Familiarity a Plus):
– Mutoh Ecosolvent printers

Inside/Outside Sales Coordinator – Vinyl Wraps & Graphics
Location:Knoxville, TN
Compensation: $18 – $26 per hour (based on experience) and/or performance incentives/profit sharing

AZRag Installations & Print Services, a 3M Certified Shop specializing in vehicle wraps, signage, and graphic installations, is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator (Inside & Outside) to drive new business and support existing accounts. This role combines outbound calling and office-based support with in-person visits to customers and prospects.
You’ll be talking to business owners, fleet managers, and marketing teams about wraps, signage, and branded graphics and helping guide them from first contact to finished project.
Compensation & Benefits:
– Hourly Rate: $18 – $26 per hour, depending on experience in vinyl install/signage/graphics or related industries
– Incentives: Performance-based bonuses (to be defined by sales closed, new accounts, or monthly targets)

What You’ll Do:
Inside Sales & Prospecting (Roughly 50%)
– Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to targeted prospects (fleets, contractors, service companies, franchises, local businesses, etc.).
– Qualify leads, gather key info (number of vehicles, locations, branding needs, decision-makers), and set appointments/site visits.
– Prepare and send basic quotes and proposals using established pricing structures and templates.
– Follow up on open quotes and recent jobs to encourage repeat work and referrals.
– Keep the CRM or project management system (e.g., Monday.com) updated with activities, notes, and next steps.
Outside Sales & Account Visits (Roughly 50%)
– Visit prospects and existing customers in a provided company vehicle to:
– Introduce our services and capabilities
– Take photos/measurements when needed for wraps and signage
– Review proofs, materials, and samples in person
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
– Attend scheduled meetings, site visits, and occasional networking events as needed.
– Represent AZRag professionally in the field and act as the link between the customer and our design/production/installation teams.
Experience:
– 1–3+ years in sales (inside, outside, or hybrid), customer service, or account management.
– Experience in vinyl wraps, signage, print, or related industries is a strong plus, but not strictly required if you’re willing to learn the technical side.
Driving Record:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for use of company vehicle).
Skills & Traits:
– Comfortable making outbound calls and visiting customers in person.
– Strong verbal and written communication; professional, confident, and personable.
– Organized and disciplined with follow-up; able to manage a pipeline of leads and active accounts.
– Basic understanding of a sales funnel (prospecting → quoting → closing → repeat business).
– Self-motivated, persistent, and coachable.
Familiarity with:
– CRM or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce)
– Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
– Any hands-on knowledge of vehicle wraps, large-format printing, or signage (even if not in a sales role).
Work Schedule:
– Full-time role, minimum 40 hours per week.
– Typical core schedule (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days per week), with flexibility to adjust hours for customer meetings, site visits, or events as needed.
– Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or accommodate client schedules.
