When a brand needs to move through Tennessee making an impression at every stoplight, the vehicle that carries the message has to earn the attention. T3 Vodka — Tennessee’s own award-winning premium vodka — came to AZ Rag with a Ford F-250 and a design that needed to live up to the product inside the bottle.
This is a full commercial vehicle wrap on a Ford F-250. Here is what went into it.
The Brand Behind the Wrap
T3 Vodka is distilled in Tennessee and carries a shelf full of awards to back up the claim. The design they brought reflected that: a rich cream and white base, deep teal and navy graphics, and an ornate medallion-style label treatment that pulls straight from the bottle’s identity. The passenger side reads Award-Winning Vodka with their full award badge lineup. The driver side and tailgate carry the flagship line: Tennessee’s Premium Vodka. The hood gets the full label crest — the T logo centered in an oversized medallion with decorative flourishes filling the field.
It is not a subtle wrap. It was not designed to be.
What a Commercial Wrap Like This Actually Takes
Full wraps on full-size trucks are not simple panel-to-panel installs. The F-250’s body lines, door seams, fender flares, mirrors, and bed all require the graphic to break, realign, and continue without losing the design’s visual integrity. A wrap that looks tight in a design file will fall apart on install if the file was not built to account for real-world vehicle geometry.
On this job, the ornate medallion on the hood is the most demanding single element. A centered, symmetrical piece like that has zero margin for error in placement. The panel work across both sides had to carry consistent color match and alignment across every seam, including around the extended cab door and the bed transition.
The film used is 3M IJ175cv3 cast vinyl with overlaminate, the same material we use on our full commercial fleet work. Cast film conforms to complex curves and holds up under daily driving conditions without lifting at the edges. For a vehicle that represents a brand on the road every day, longevity is not optional.
