When your Jeep is already Knoxville orange, the graphics have to match the energy. This Jeep Wrangler came in with a clear vision: Tennessee pride, mountain vibes, and a personal touch that makes it unmistakably theirs. Here’s what we put together.
The Concept
The owner didn’t want a full wrap. They wanted spot graphics that felt intentional, custom, and personal without covering the paint. The orange is a statement on its own. The goal was to build on it.
The theme was clear from the start: Tennessee mountains, Vol pride, and a name to go with it. Every element we placed supports that story.
The Graphics Package
We cut and installed all graphics using white Oracal 651 permanent adhesive vinyl. The contrast against the orange paint is sharp, readable, and exactly what this build called for.
Here’s what went on the Jeep:
- Mountain range rocker panel graphics spanning both sides of the vehicle
- “TENNESSEE” lettering across the hood
- “ROCKY TOP” on the front fender
- “Orange Crush” script on the rear corner panel
- Tennessee “T” logo on the spare tire cover
The mountain graphics along the rockers are the anchor of the build. They run the full length of the lower doors and give the Wrangler a rugged, trail-ready look that works whether it’s parked at a tailgate or rolling down the interstate.
Why Oracal 651
Oracal 651 is a calendered permanent adhesive vinyl built for flat and simple curved surfaces. It’s the right call for cut graphics like these: clean edges, strong adhesion, and color that holds up to sun, rain, and washing. The Result
