Partial Wrap on a 2025 RAM ProMaster in Knoxville: Ford Construction Fleet Branding with 3M 2080

A white cargo van is a blank canvas. Ford Construction came in wanting their 2025 RAM ProMaster to do more than blend in with traffic. We used a partial wrap strategy to transform the vehicle into a branded, professional-looking fleet unit, without covering the full vehicle.

The Approach

Not every job calls for a full wrap. On a white base vehicle, a well-executed partial wrap can achieve the same visual impact at a lower cost, as long as the design uses the white intentionally. That’s exactly what this build does.

The white upper body and roof are left as-is. The partial wrap takes over the lower body, hood, and above-windshield panels, creating a two-tone split that reads as deliberate design rather than a budget shortcut.

The Materials

All wrap film on this build is 3M 2080 series, the professional-grade cast film we use for partial and full wraps on commercial vehicles. Three finishes were used:

  • 3M 2080 Gloss Black — sides, rear, hood, and above the windshield
  • 3M 2080 Gloss Cosmic Blue — diagonal accent stripe running through the mid-body
  • 3M 2080 Satin Black — bumper

The combination gives the ProMaster a clean, structured look. Gloss Black provides the foundation. The Cosmic Blue stripe breaks the black and white with a brand-consistent color that ties directly to the Ford Construction logo. Satin Black on the bumper adds a subtle distinction that finishes the lower end of the vehicle without competing with the body panels.

As a 3M Preferred Installer through the United Application Standards Group (UASG), AZRagIPS installs 3M 2080 daily across commercial and personal vehicles. The material is cast vinyl, which means it conforms to the compound curves and body lines of a ProMaster without lifting or distorting over time.

The Branding

The Ford Construction logo — a roofline mark with the company identity — is applied to both sides and the rear of the vehicle. Paired with the two-tone wrap, the graphics don’t need to be oversized to be readable. The wrap itself does the heavy lifting, and the logo lands cleanly against it.

When a fleet vehicle is this well-branded, it works every mile it’s on the road. Clients see it. Competitors see it. People in the neighborhoods where the work is happening see it.

The Result

The ProMaster went from a stock white cargo van to a fully branded fleet vehicle. The two-tone split looks intentional. The blue accent stripe ties to the brand. The logo is visible and legible from a distance.

This is what a commercial wrap is supposed to do.
