Sticker Bomb Wrap on a Sixth-Gen Ford Bronco

When a client wants something that has never been done on their vehicle before, that’s the brief we love most. This sixth-generation Ford Bronco came to us with a clear vision: cover it in a full sticker bomb wrap built around the Star Wars Empire. The result is one of the most attention-grabbing builds in our portfolio.

What Is a Sticker Bomb Wrap?

A sticker bomb is a full-coverage custom vehicle wrap printed to look like hundreds of overlapping stickers layered across every panel of the vehicle. The effect is a chaotic, high-energy design that reads as deeply personal and completely one-of-a-kind. No two sticker bomb wraps are alike because the design is built around whatever theme the client wants.

For this build, the theme was the Galactic Empire. AT-ATs, Darth Vader, stormtroopers, TIE fighters, and Empire insignia blanket the entire exterior in red, black, and white. The color palette ties directly into the Bronco’s red-accented wheels, making the wrap and the build feel like they were designed together.

The Design Process

A sticker bomb wrap is not a template you drop onto a vehicle. The design has to be built panel by panel, accounting for body lines, trim edges, doors, fenders, and flares. Every element needs to be positioned so the final install looks intentional, not accidental.

Our design team built this layout specifically for the sixth-gen Bronco’s body, then prepared the file for print at the panel level. That prep work is what separates a wrap that looks polished from one that looks like a slapped-on graphic.

The Installation

The Bronco has a complex body with fender flares, a soft or hard top roofline, and multiple seams that demand clean trimming. On a sticker bomb design, a missed seam or a lifted edge is immediately visible because the pattern draws the eye across every inch of the vehicle.

Our installers worked the film panel by panel, using heat to conform the material around the flares and body contours. Cast vinyl is the right call for a build like this. It has the memory to stretch around compound curves without distorting the printed graphics underneath, and it holds its edges longer than calendered film in real-world conditions.

The custom Ford Bronco wrap came out clean. Every panel aligns. The trim lines are tight. On a wrap this busy, clean execution is what makes the design work.

Why the Bronco Works for This

The sixth-gen Bronco has a boxy, upright silhouette with flat panel sections that give a sticker bomb design room to breathe. The vehicle also tends to attract owners who are willing to go bold. This build leans into both of those qualities.

Photographed next to our patina wrapped Bronco, the contrast says everything. Same platform, completely different personality.
