Some builds are quiet. This one is not. This lifted GMC Sierra 2500 HD Duramax came to AZRagIPS for a full color change wrap in Hexis Zenith Orange — a finish that hits differently in person than any photo can fully capture. Paired with a blacked-out roof, custom TSO Manufacturing graphics, and a set of murdered-out wheels, this truck does not go unnoticed. Here is how it came together.
The Material: Hexis Zenith Orange
The owner chose Hexis Zenith Orange for a reason. This is not a stock truck color — it does not exist from the factory on a Sierra. That is the point. Hexis Zenith is a high-gloss cast vinyl with deep color saturation and a finish that holds up under real-world conditions. On a truck this size, the color reads as loud and intentional from a hundred yards away.
The roof and select accent panels were left in a contrasting matte black, creating a two-tone effect that grounds the aggressive orange and keeps the build from reading as one-dimensional.
The Graphics: TSO Manufacturing
Layered over the color change are the TSO Manufacturing door and bed graphics — large-format black lettering with subtle texture detailing that works with the wrap rather than fighting it. Getting graphics to sit cleanly over a color change requires precise alignment across panel breaks, particularly on a truck with this much body sculpting. The GMC Sierra 2500 HD has aggressive fender flares, a hood scoop, and deep body creases that all have to be accounted for during installation.
What Full Wrapping a 2500 HD Involves
A truck this size is a significant installation.
For pricing context on a build like this, the vehicle wrap cost guide covers what drives the numbers on color change wraps. For another example of a bold full color change on a premium vehicle, see the matte purple Cadillac Escalade build.
The surface area alone is substantially larger than a passenger car, and every inch of the wrap has to conform to the panel contours without lifting, silvering, or showing seams. The Duramax hood scoop, fender vents, and bed rails all require precise cutting and heat forming. The result here speaks for itself — consistent finish across every panel, clean graphic edges, no visible seams on the color break.
