Why It Works in F&I
The strongest objection to any add-on is price. Vinyl packages address that the same way every other F&I product does: financing.
A chrome delete or roof wrap rolled into a 60-month loan adds roughly to $15-30 per month to a customer’s payment. At that number, price resistance drops significantly. The customer drives away in a vehicle that looks different from every other car on the lot, and they get there without a meaningful out-of-pocket cost at signing.
Dealers typically mark our services up 15 to 20 percent. On a bundled package, we extend a fleet discount that protects that margin further. There is no inventory to carry, no equipment to buy, and no technician to train. The dealer’s role is to present the option and send the car to us.

The Two Ways It Works
We have structured this program around two tracks depending on how a dealer wants to operate.
Pre-Sale Lot Enhancement
The dealer selects unsold inventory for treatment — chrome deletes for a sporty look, roof wraps on a run of crossovers, PPF on a high-value unit. We provide consultation on what makes sense for each vehicle. The car goes back on the lot differentiated, with a higher sticker and a story for the sales team to tell. F&I closes the cost into the deal at point of sale.
This approach works well for dealers who want to move specific inventory faster or build a visual identity on the lot. A row of chrome-deleted vehicles stands out. Customers notice.
Pre-Delivery Customization
The car is already sold. Before delivery, the dealer presents available packages and the customer selects what they want. The vehicle comes to us, we complete the work during business hours, and the customer can either pick up from our shop directly or take delivery at the dealership.
The customer picking up from AZ Rag is a feature, not a workaround. It creates a delivery moment, the customer sees their car completed, in our shop, before anyone else. That experience is memorable in a way that a standard dealership delivery is not.

Chrome Delete – Factory chrome trim replaced with gloss black, matte black, or body-color vinyl. One of the most requested personalization upgrades on new vehicles, particularly trucks and luxury SUVs.
Roof Wrap – A contrasting or matching roof treatment that adds a two-tone look without paint. Low cost, high visual impact, easy to explain at point of sale.
Paint Protection Film – Clear film applied to high-impact areas — hood, fenders, mirrors — to protect the paint from rock chips and road debris. Strong F&I close because it protects the customer’s investment from day one.
Tuxedo Wrap – A full lower-body or accent treatment that gives a new vehicle a custom appearance. Particularly effective on white, silver, and black vehicles.
Window Tint – If the customer is doing one of they above services we can also install window tint at the same time to further bump the ticket price.
Color Change – Is your customer looking for a unique color not offered by the manufacture? Do they want a satin or matte finish? We can accommodate those installs too.

We are a 3M Preferred Installer and certified through the United Application Standards Group — the same standard we hold on every vehicle that comes through our shop, whether it is a work truck or a six-figure collector car.
