Some of our favorite jobs don’t start with a quote request. The Karns High School Beavers football program needed a trailer to haul gear to practice, games, and wherever the season takes them. AZ Rag sponsored the wrap. Now that trailer is a rolling piece of school pride every time it leaves the Karns campus.
The Trailer and the Design
This is a small enclosed single-axle cargo trailer — the kind of utility trailer that quietly does a lot of work for a high school athletics program: equipment transport, gear storage, game day logistics. The Beavers’ royal blue and gold color scheme translates cleanly to a full wrap. The design leads with bold “KARNS” block letters across the top, a flowing gold script “Beavers” as the centerpiece, and “FOOTBALL” anchoring the bottom. The Beavers mascot rounds it out on the side panel, giving the whole thing a finished, program-quality look.
Both sides read clearly from a distance. That matters when the trailer is parked at a game or rolling through Karns on a Friday night.

Same Materials, Same Standard
Sponsored or not, the spec doesn’t change. We wrapped this trailer in 3M IJ175cv3 cast vinyl with 3M 8518 overlaminate — the same film and laminate combination we run on commercial fleet jobs. Cast vinyl conforms properly to the trailer’s corrugated lower sections and riveted panel seams without lifting at the edges. The 8518 laminate protects the graphics against UV fade, abrasion, and a full outdoor season of games, travel, and East Tennessee weather.
