A property management company’s vehicles are out in the field every day. RTG made sure theirs say something when they get there.
This Chevrolet Express received a full commercial wrap with RTG’s branding applied to every visible panel. The result is a field vehicle that works as a moving billboard across Knoxville and the surrounding area without Realty Trust Group spending another dollar on impressions.
The Brief
Realty Trust Group needed their service van to communicate the brand clearly and professionally. The van goes to properties, job sites, and client locations on a daily basis. Every one of those stops is an opportunity to put RTG in front of property owners, residents, and other businesses.
The design needed to be bold enough to catch attention from a distance but polished enough to reflect the professional standard RTG brings to property management. “Complex Challenges, Smart Solutions” is the tagline. The wrap had to carry that message.

The Design
The wrap uses RTG’s existing brand identity: white base, medium blue, and the RTG diamond logo. We applied a bold diagonal blue graphic across the sides and rear that creates movement and draws the eye to the logo and contact information. The white base panels are retained where they give the design contrast and keep the overall look clean.
The driver side, passenger side, and full rear are all covered. The phone number and website are sized for readability from across a parking lot. On a work van that parks at properties all day, legibility at distance is not a nice-to-have. It is the whole point.
Why a Partial Wrap Works Here
A full color change was not necessary to achieve the goal. The white base contributes to the design rather than working against it. Partial and full wraps both deliver strong results for commercial fleets. The right approach depends on the brand colors, the vehicle base color, and how the design is built. RTG’s identity is white and blue, so working with the factory white made sense from both a design and a cost standpoint.

What Goes Into a Commercial Van Wrap
A full-size cargo van like the Chevrolet Express is one of the most common commercial wrap vehicles we install. The flat panel surfaces are well-suited to graphic work, but the rear doors, side panels, and wheel arch areas require careful planning to keep the design consistent across the full vehicle. Every seam, edge, and cutline is mapped out before installation begins.
As a 3M Preferred Installer, our installs are backed by the same standards applied to any premium commercial wrap job. For more on what that certification means and why it matters for fleet work, see why choosing a certified wrap installer matters.
The ROI Case for Fleet Wraps
A wrapped work van generates thousands of local impressions per day. For a property management company operating across a metro area, that reach adds up fast. A single well-executed wrap keeps working for years with no recurring media cost. For trade and service businesses sending vehicles into neighborhoods and commercial properties daily, it is one of the highest-return marketing investments available.
