Porsche GT4 Clubsport Race Livery: Dark Camo Wrap

Clubsport GT4 718 Cayman - Knoxville, TN

Dark, aggressive, and loaded with sponsor graphics that actually read. This GT4 Clubsport livery for driver J. Jonsin used a two-layer material approach to get the base and the branding working at different finish levels and it shows.

The Livery

The base design runs a dark charcoal with angular, camo-inspired geometric panels broken across the body. It gives the car visual depth without leaning on a loud color. The livery carries full Flatrock Motorclub branding on the doors, Goldcrest Motorsports on the front fenders, and a full sponsor lineup across the body and rear bumper.

On a wide-body GT4 Clubsport with full aero, there is a lot of real estate to manage. Every sponsor placement had to work within the design geometry rather than fight it.

Two-Layer Material Approach

This build used a layered technique to separate the base finish from the sponsor graphics.

The base went down on 3M IJ175cv3 cast film with a luster overlaminate. Luster keeps the dark charcoal tones rich without going full gloss, which would flatten the camo geometry under direct light.

The sponsor graphics went on top in a gloss film. The finish difference between the two layers is intentional, the gloss graphics sit slightly above the luster base visually, giving them presence and legibility at speed and in photos. It is a technique that requires planning from the design stage, not something you add at the end.

More GT4 Clubsport Work

The GT4 Clubsport comes through the shop regularly and no two liveries look the same. Take a look at the orange and grey checker build, the chrome gold two-layer Flatrock build, and the Phillips GT4 RS Clubsport livery to see the range.
